Dan Fiorito

Attorney at Law

Since 2007, Dan N. Fiorito, III has worked exclusively as a trial lawyer in state and federal court in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury, criminal defense, and civil rights. He uses his years of experience in the trenches to advocate on behalf of those injured by the negligence of others, and to defend individuals facing criminal charges. As a former prosecutor for Pierce County, Dan learned the criminal justice system while gaining extensive courtroom experience. This experience, coupled with years of private criminal defense work, have given him the necessary background to represent those in need of a criminal defense attorney.

After leaving the Prosecutor’s Office, Dan worked for a private firm in Seattle defending physicians and hospitals involved in negligence lawsuits. He worked with healthcare professionals, risk managers, and insurance adjusters to evaluate and defend against personal injury claims. He uses this experience now as a plaintiff’s attorney to pursue justice on behalf of his injured clients.

"I want to provide a voice to those who think that no one else is listening."

His unique background in both civil and criminal trial work is put to work daily to improve the lives of his clients. Dan has built a successful personal injury and criminal practice on the simple goal of achieving justice for one client at a time. He takes pride in getting to know his clients so he can develop their case in a way that will lead to the best result for them. Dan has succeeded on behalf of his clients for claims involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, discrimination, fraud, police misconduct and other various forms of negligence involving schools, government entities, and financial institutions.
