Dan N. Fiorito III is a seasoned trial lawyer who represents clients across Washington in medical malpractice, serious personal injury, and civil rights litigation. With over 20 years of courtroom experience spanning both state and federal courts, Dan brings a unique and powerful combination to the table. He began his career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Pierce County and then served as a defense lawyer for hospitals and physicians.
